Yes, there will be no “boys camp” or “girls camp”. Please let us know if you have a bunking preference when you purchase your ticket(s)

Absolutely! There is now a cabin buy out option which allows you to purchase the entire cabin for your group.

Cabins will be numbered, and during registration you can request a cabin based on the Camp Map. This request is not guaranteed until your registration is confirmed.

Most of our cabins sleep 8 people. We have one that sleeps 12 and one that sleeps 16.

Possibly. If there are tickets available in a cabin, anyone can reserve the same cabin as you. This is the fun of the camp experience, new friends bonding over shared experiences.

No. Tickets are for specific cabins not bunks. Top and bottom bunks will be on a first come first serve basis upon arrival.

The event will have a bar in a designated area during specific times of the event. Drink bracelets can redeemed during these times as well as additional drinks are available for purchase. No outside beverages will be allowed.

Prior to July 1, 2026 we can offer refunds of tickets, less credit card processing fees. After July 1, 2026 all ticket purchases are final. In the event of cancellation please email board@campkiwanilong.org

We will do our best to accommodate special diets but make no guarantees. There will be vegetarian options. Please reach out to us at board@campkiwanilong.org to see what we can do for you. A menu will be emailed to ticketed guests prior to arrival.

Cell service can be spotty under the forest canopy. There is a landline available for emergencies. There is Wi-Fi located in the camp’s communal areas. Although, we encourage our guests to put down the electronics to fully appreciate the camp’s natural environment.

The property is smoke free and drug free.

We do not allow pets on camp property.

Check-in: Friday, October 2 from 4:30pm to 7:00pm.
Check-out: Sunday, October 4 from 10:00am to 11:00am
Day Campers
Saturday, October 3 from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

If you still have your name tag from camp, bring it! If not, name tags will be provided for all participants.

Please review our suggested packing list for what to bring.

We will have lifeguards on duty for water activities during posted times.
