Wellness Center PROJECT Pledge Form

When you choose a pledge, you’re committing to a future donation amount that works for you. Pledges allow you to support the Wellness Center Campaign over time rather than making your full contribution today.

A confirmation of your pledge will be emailed to you from no-reply@givebutter.com after submission.

You are responsible for completing your pledged payments by the selected due dates, and the Givebutter platform will send an email reminder 48 hours before each payment is due. Camp Kiwanilong may also follow up with additional details to help you fulfill your commitment.
